This seminar is based on the principles
of eating nurturing and nutritious foods, getting the proper
amount of sleep and exercise that fits the participant's body
type and lifestyle.
This seminar focuses on incorporating
the whole person and the life they live into designing a specific
program that they can live by. Having a buff body comes from
attending to the emotional, physical, social, mental and spiritual
being.
The program includes a range of services
for integrative medicine and acupuncture to fitness training,
wellness management as well as exercise programs which include
horseback riding, kayaking, camping, hiking, and a full range
of other outdoor activities.
Athletic Performance
Dr Sreenan holds a Diplomate of Sports
Psychology and has worked with athletes since 1980 from Championship
college Basketball Teams to semi professional golf pros.
This program is based on the principle
of the body, mind-spirit connections and challenges the individual
to attain higher levels of performance through knowledge,
insight, intuition, stress management, and mind-body behavior
techniques.
This program includes addressing psychological
barriers such as limiting beliefs and releasing traumatic
memories. The objective is to fine tune all the elements of
the athlete to create the freedom form within to perform at
the optimal level.
Fitness after Forty
As the body, mind and lifestyle change,
people find themselves struggling with the challenges of fitness.
This seminar incorporates the tools of what worked in the
past and combines them with the individual's ideals for the
future.
Health, fitness, and well being determine
a great deal about the quality of our lives as we age.
This program incorporates bodywork,
exercise, nutrition and emotional intelligence work. Participants
leave with a specific, measurable and attainable plan for
the ultimate in personal fitness.
