Trauma
Separation and Divorce
Transitioning out of a relationship
can be one of the most trying life experiences. No matter
what the reason, the relationship shift often creates self-doubt
and a wavering outlook on the future.
This seminar is designed to guide the
individual through the changes with clarity, intention and
focus. Activities involve a made-to-order plan for assisting
the individual through the stages of grief from denial to
acceptance while using a variety of insight oriented tools
to broaden and deepen the participant's perspective.
The objective is for the individual
to discover their wholeness, reconnect with their life's purpose
and design a plan for the next year.
Loss of a Loved One
Death by natural disaster, suicide,
or life threatening illness creates an indefinable sense of
loss and grief. The pain is unimaginable. No matter what the
circumstances, we are never prepared for the tragedy of a
loved one leaving this world.
Dr Sreenan has worked in the death and
dying field since 1980 and created a Center for grieving children,
which is now run by Hospice. She has coached and trained numerous
intervention and crisis teams on how to work with those suffering
from trauma and loss. She has been a student of Elizabeth
Kubler Ross and Jerald Jampolsky.
This program is provided in a very nurturing
setting tailored to the needs and desires of the participant.
Bodywork, exercise, nutritious meals and time for reviewing
memories, dreams, fantasies and the disappointments as well
as the unfinished business of the loss.
Insight is gained through this nurturing
process and is intended to ease the pain of the death of the
loved one while validating the intense loss.
Pet Loss
This course has become one of the most
popular healing programs offered.
Pets give us a safe and unconditional
love that is rarely equaled in other areas of your lives.
When a pet dies a person is often expected by society to move
on without a glitch.
The seminar on pet loss is a healing
program that creates a space for the grieving individual to
process their pain, review the love for their pet and their
attachment to their beloved animal. Participants are coached
to allow themselves to grieve with the knowledge that their
process promotes healing.
The objective in mind is to allow the
participant a quiet place to experience the loss, address
the hurt and pain and therefore come away with a sense of
well being. Bodywork, inventories and outdoor activities are
an intimate part of this healing program.
